Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
US ORDERS
Orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time the order was placed. All US orders are shipped double boxed to protect both the shoes and the shoe boxes. Packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on the circumstances. If you order 2 or more pairs contact us at info@shoelabtx.com to receive a combined shipping discount.
The shipping fee for US orders starts at USD $10.00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to excessive Fraud. We do not process International orders by Credit Card. Please do not pay for your order by credit card, you will only be refunded. You can Pay for your order via PAYPAL.
International order shipping starts at USD $30.00.
Be advised that international orders may take a little longer, but we will keep you inform on the status on your shipment. If you order 2 or more pairs contact us at i n fo@shoelabtx.com to receive a combined shipping discount.
All international orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
Please allow 10 to 25 days for delivery.
While additional customs and/or import taxes or fees are rarely incurred with our shipments, please be aware the customer is ultimately responsible for any tax, duties or custom fees from your respective country. We will mail the package and insure it for its full value to protect our customers and ourselves in case the package is lost or stolen. No Exceptions!
Canada orders are USD $25.00
APO and Other Military shipments
APO, FPO and P.O. boxes are shipped via USPS Priority.
It may take several weeks for you to receive your package.
Since there is most often NO WAY of tracking shipments when sent to a military unit, we are NOT responsible for lost shipments when shipping to a APO military address
Exchange Policy
We do allow for any exchanges on already purchased items only if the item has not yet been shipped. You are responsible for any price difference.
If shoe size doesn't fit we will exchange if and only if we have the size you need already available, however we maintain no liability in guaranteeing this exchange. If exchange is possible items must be in the exact same conditions as when originally shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product to us with original invoice, labels and packaging.
The time limit for returns is 14 days, from the date your package was delivered. You will be granted either store credit towards another product or a Refund, depending on your wishes. Customer assumes costs of return shipping.
When you return products to Shoelab, you will be required to provide contact and payment information (such as credit card information) to permit authentication of the transaction and reconciliation of accounts.
Any returns must be unworn in brand new condition and in the original box as purchased.
Refunds/Store Credit
Refunds are granted after the product is returned in its original condition and package. They are granted under the following conditions:
- If you purchased item and the item is not available, you will be refunded or receive store credit.
- If we shipped you the wrong product, wrong size, or color, you choose to decline our store credit, and simply want your money back.
- Whenever we attempt to contact a customer in order to verify his/her order and confirm his/her address, If he/she fails to respond within 24-48 hours we will issue a refund on such order.
Selling/Trades
If you are interested in selling or trading your shoes, you must contact us with full details and pictures at info@shoelabtx.com.
Once you are approved you must send your shoes to us first, when we receive it we will ship out our shoes or send payment accordingly.
We reserve the right to decline any trade or transaction if we feel the shoe’s condition does not meet our standards. In the case your shoe is declined you are responsible for any shipping costs to return the shoe to you.
